• training courses - it is essential that whenever your analysts use the particle sizing system, they are able to use it properly and intelligently so that they can spot problems and identify poor data. Training and training records form an essential part of a quality system and courses can be tailored to the needs of the client.
• consultancy and hands-on trouble-shooting for difficult or new materials which need a particle size method developed (and/or validated). This sort of help is usually done at the client’s site and has the added benefit of building up confidence in solving day to day issues as well.
• contract analysis using the Sympatec HELOS laser diffraction system - on a sample by sample basis.
